Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Flowwtools, including the HTML to Webflow converter. By accessing or using Flowwtools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Flowwtools

Flowwtools is a web development tool that converts supported HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into Webflow-ready content. The service is currently provided as a public beta.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Flowwtools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

3. Beta service

Flowwtools is currently in public beta. During the beta period:

  • Features may change
  • Conversion behavior may change
  • Functionality may be added or removed
  • Bugs or unexpected conversion results may occur
  • Service availability may vary
  • Limits and product policies may change

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as Flowwtools develops.

4. Using the converter

You may use Flowwtools to submit supported HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related code for conversion. You are responsible for:

  • The code and content you submit
  • Ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use submitted content
  • Reviewing generated output before using it in production
  • Ensuring that your use of the resulting code complies with applicable laws and third-party terms

You should not use Flowwtools to process content that you are not authorized to use.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the code and other content you submit to Flowwtools. You grant Flowwtools the limited rights necessary to process your submitted content and provide the requested conversion functionality.

We do not acquire ownership of your submitted code merely because you use Flowwtools. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your original code and other important content.

6. Conversion results

Flowwtools automatically processes submitted code. Conversion results may require review, adjustment, or additional development before being used in a production website.

Flowwtools does not guarantee that every HTML, CSS, or JavaScript implementation will convert perfectly or produce an identical result in Webflow. You are responsible for reviewing the resulting Webflow content and ensuring that it meets your requirements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flowwtools for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Flowwtools or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Circumvent technical restrictions or usage limits
  • Intentionally abuse or overload the service
  • Introduce malicious code intended to compromise the service or its users
  • Scrape or automate the service in a manner that places unreasonable load on the infrastructure
  • Use the service to violate the rights of others

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused.

8. Intellectual property

Flowwtools and its original software, interface, branding, documentation, and other materials are owned by Flowwtools or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Flowwtools intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited rights required to operate the service.

9. Webflow

Flowwtools is an independent tool. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Flowwtools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Webflow, Inc. Webflow and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of Webflow is subject to Webflow's own terms and policies.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Flowwtools available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may become temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Security incidents
  • Third-party service failures
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

11. Third-party services

Flowwtools may depend on third-party services and infrastructure. The availability or functionality of Flowwtools may therefore depend on services operated by third parties. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

Flowwtools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that:

  • Every conversion will be successful
  • Generated output will be identical to the original implementation
  • The service will be available without interruption
  • The service will be free of errors
  • Generated output will satisfy every particular project requirement

You should review and test converted output before deploying it to a production website.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowwtools and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Flowwtools where necessary to:

  • Prevent abuse
  • Protect the service or other users
  • Address security concerns
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Enforce these Terms

You may stop using Flowwtools at any time.

15. Changes to the service

Flowwtools is actively being developed. We may change features, functionality, usage limits, interfaces, documentation, availability, and pricing or commercial terms in the future. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Flowwtools after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Flowwtools is operated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
